This week has been all about our writing and class text - Aladdin and the magic lamp. We have really enjoyed reading this magical story and learning how Aladdin outwitted the sorcerer and became a prince. This week we have been planning our writing and thinking about how we can describe the clever plan Aladdin came up with to rescue the princess. It has been amazing to see how the class have grasped the learning over this half term to compose simple and compound sentences and questions and use punctuation correctly in the writing.
We have had a lot of fun thinking about questions we might ask the genie - if we had one!!
